Friends · S5 E9 · Rachel Green · Phoebe and Rachel's literature class
Rachel's borrowed homework: Jane Eyre
Emily Brontë's only novel came out in 1847, the same year as her sister's, under the name Ellis Bell. Phoebe does the reading, Rachel takes the bow, and Phoebe's answer is a slow revenge Heathcliff would have signed off on.
